Whether you or a loved one are suffering from an eating disorder, anxiety, depression, or other difficult situation, I am glad you have come and welcome your inquiry. Most people seek out therapy when they have gone as far as they can on their own. In fact, trying to think alone may be at the core of the difficulty. Reaching out for supportive emotional connection is an important first step toward
resolving your issues.

I have been in practice for more than 30 years as a psychoanalyst, psychotherapist, marriage and family counselor, and eating disorder specialist. I love what I do and treasure each and every encounter I have with the people I see. I bring a warm, supportive approach to my work because I believe that everyone tries their best in this life—and if something isn’t working, there is a good reason for it. If there is a “something” like that in your life, I hope we can work together and find what it is all about.

I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, families and groups. To get started, we can meet one-on-one in my office, talk on the phone at (949) 933-5602, or communicate via email. I really look forward to hearing from you!

Take good care,

Dr. Alitta Kullman
